Following is a list of active and pending affordable housing
lotteries. This list includes family and age qualified developments.
An “*” denotes a development is age qualifed or has an age qualified component. Age qualified means
that at least one person in the household is over age 55.
You must be registered as a member to participate in any
lottery posted on this website, unless otherwise noted. As a registered member you can apply for one or
all of the active lotteries and receive email notification
of newly posted lotteries. Click the appropriate town, under
active lotteries, to find detailed project information and
to complete and submit an application.

Active Lotteries
Wild Rose Estates located at the corner of Lowell and Wild Rose Drive offers one three bedroom affordable townhome. This lottery has been delayed. Apply online and you will be notified when dates and deadlines have been determined.
